Final recap is here! The last time you can enjoy Jung Gyu Woon, Park Shin Yang, Kim Ah Joong, and Uhm Ji Won in their mighty investigative greatness!
Marching forth! We are two episodes to the end. There’s plenty more skinship in this episode between Ji Hoon and Da Kyung, but it’s too little too late. Not that I’m disappointed by it, or feel that it’s rushed – but more because I’m just sad, knowing how this ends.
Oh man – I need to get my butt moving with these recaps. There is no way in hell I can do this if I’ve got Romance Town on my plate! Heh.
If you think I’m being slow, feel free to shoot me a comment that says something like, “Yo Kaedejun – get yo’ ass movin’ and gimme those recaps! Why the hell you so slow?!” Typing it in a New York accent will definitely get me scurrying.
Episode 17! I love the director/writer. He and his wife/writing partner have managed to weave in so many threads intot he story earlier that there are plenty of loose threads that need tying up. This is the episode where you think the Seo Yoon Hyung case is over, and where you’d think the series would get boring. However – Kim Sung Oh is not boring.
I think the reason why I’ve been behind in these recaps is because they’ve become so long! I guess you could say I’m unaccustomed to it…? Well – on my blog at least.
Anyways – marching on. Trust me – I’m not beleaguered by this drama. I still maintain that this is an awesome drama.
I also think that recapping this (so late) also makes me more inclined to watch Romance Town, because I’m watching Jung Gyu Woon in all his glory.
With one recap off my plate, I can focus on Sign!
Yi Han’s father, Prosecutor Choi, is plain awesome. Seriously. Although, he’s overshadowed by a particular guest star in this episode…
So – why did Da Kyung scream!?
a) She found something frighteningly horrible (dust bunnies, the horror!)
b) She met the killer (old man? young child?)
c) She wanted to practice her vocal chords (screaming is a good exercise)
d) It’s a trick question – she didn’t really scream. Ji Hoon just imagined it.
All the values are thrown out the window here! This is the episode where things start to get tied up – the mystery behind Ji Hoon’s past is finally revealed and solved.Once this is done, I think we move on to solving the second big mystery of the series: the popstar’s death.
It’s time to move on to the next mystery. There’s been the Seo Yoon Hyung case, the serial murderer case, the Korean skeleton case in Japan, and the gangster shooting case. So now, we have what I call the “company death” case. Which is where we will discover a good many things about our dear Jung Byung Do.
[This review is for Denali – in response to her question of whether I will post more Sign recaps 😀 ]
