Top 7 Best Looking Villains

Top Villain Benedict Cumberbatch

Isn’t Benedict Cumberbatch so strikingly good-looking? I decided to look back and think about all those dapper looking men whose eyes have looked deep in my soul and charmed my pants off – except they’re evil as heck and should not be touched with a ten-foot pole. Note that these guys aren’t your average “second male lead who’s sole evil is stealing the main girl from the main guy.” No, these guys have crimes under their belt.

Warning – Spoilers abound! Mainly because not every villain in every K-drama is obvious from the get go. Sometimes it’s a twist, which makes it even more gut-wrenching when the actor just happens to be oh so hot. Or pretty darn good looking.

Check out Han Hyo Joo’s new hairstyle!

It’s not for real – it’s for her upcoming film “Only You” alongside So Ji Sub (sporting a similarly messy mop). It’s said that his hairdo was reminiscent of his days in the drama I’m Sorry I Love You.

They attracted quite a lot of attention for their hairdo, no doubt because it looks quite…atrocious.

Oh my God. Just when you thought it was over…

The fight between Seo Taiji and Lee Jia rages on. I was already ready to move on to drama world – and they create their own drama in the headlines. Grr. Lee Jia had withdrawn her previous lawsuit, but apparently without notice to Seo Taiji’s side, and now he’s filing a lawsuit of his own. Yeah, I know right? His side wants to sort out the issue now, and so they’re both dragging their asses back to court on May 23.

I guess the reasoning is also that since everything is out in the open, they might as well sort out their problems rather than sweeping it under the rug. There’s no way they can escape this scandal anymore, so they might as well battle it out. Besides, who knows? What if Lee Jia decides to raise hell again and submit another lawsuit? I can understand if that’s Seo’s reasoning, but honestly? Why so public?

Wonder Girls have pretty much disappeared from my mind; if they came out with a new single, I don’t think I was very interested in it. Their activities in the US have certainly made them stray far from the K-pop scene in Korea, and yet their photo spread in Teen Vogue labels them as “queen bees” of K-pop. It’s all marketing, I tell ya.

I think it’s the make-up, but it’s sad to see how much these girls have aged – they look far older than I think they should be.

An Interview with Big Bang

I am sooooo addicted to Big Bang’s latest singles – especially “What is Right” because it has enough of a funky and happy vibe to it that makes it catchy. After reading their interview, I now want to go back and listen to that and “Tonight” with a more analytical ear.

And so what follows is an excerpt of their interview with asiae.

Their parody of Secret Garden included!
